More College Hoops Preseason Rankings

You know college hoops season is getting close when Joe Lunardi starts putting out Bracketology updates. Well, actually the season is about as far away as it could get right now, but that won’t stop us from getting excited about the new list of top teams, the rankings debates and all the beautiful anticipation you could ever want.

Lunardi has UCLA, North Carolina, Louisville and Memphis as the number one seeds in the NCAA Basketball Tournament next year, which is only slightly different from yesterday’s rankings devised by Andy Katz, which would have Kansas in there instead of Louisville. With Lunardi’s report, there is little room for debate because he doesn’t comment on the positions of the teams, he merely puts teams into slots and forgets the reasoning. Katz, however, will get you debating his every point about why teams got placed where they did. I just can’t wait for college basketball season to start!

Well, you can at least start buying some NCAA Basketball tickets at StubHub.com. Right now, but that’s about as close as you will get to seeing some hoops action in the middle of the summer.
